Cozy warm sweaters, fall weather, leaves changing and of course pumpkin spice everything lol. I’m so ready for fall. With the cooler weather also means Starbucks is back in full force with their Pumpkin Spice Latte. I was waiting in line and noticed the 3 people ahead of me all ordered … you guessed it…. a Grande Non-Fat ? Pumpkin Spice Latte [no whip]. Which got me thinking. I wonder how many sugar grams was in there? So I did some digging and here’s what I can find.
Wow, I know…a little insane. Here’s our Challenge Friendly version that tastes amazing and won’t send you into a sugar coma afterwards ?

Pumpkin Spice Latte
serves 1
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (from the can)
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 2 tbsp pure pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1 pitted date
Method
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender, blend until smooth. Heat in a small saucepan and whisk until frothy. Enjoy!
