Iced Coconut Matcha Latte

For years I have been making a hot matcha latte, and loving it.  I’ve been experimenting with different iced versions, and finally nailed it!  There is an incredible brand of matcha I have been using, that has a special blend of Matcha with Ginger and Lion’s Mane.  The company is called Four Sigmatic, and their mission to bring the nutritional powers of mushrooms to the mainstream is pretty incredible.  I stumbled upon this company about 6 months ago, and I can’t tell you how impressed I am.

Ingredients

Method

Blend Matcha with water and coconut milk until smooth and frothy.  I use my single blender cup that came with my Ninja.  Add ice and continue to blend until desired thickness.  If you prefer you can just add ice cubes after if you don’t like it slushy.
