Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts

Chia Seeds

Hands down the best source of fiber.  We add chia to everything.  Make sure you add with liquid, smoothies, dressings and of course our fav Chia Pudding.  Look for the recipe the Challenge APP.

Bobs Red Mill Super Fine Almond Flour

A baking staple in our pantries is almond flour.  We use this flour in muffins the Challenge Friendly cookies.  You can check out the recipe here.

Nutiva Coconut Flour

Coconut Flour is packed with fiber and protein and naturally gluten-free.  High fiber content also keeps sugars from being absorbed into the bloodstream.

Bob's Red Mill Organic Spelt Flour

Spelt flour is a great whole flour to bake with.  It does naturally contain gluten but a lesser amount than traditional whole wheat flour, making it easier to digest.

Nutiva Virgin Coconut Oil

Coconut oil we use in baking, sauteing and as a moisturizer. lol Really such a versatile product.  Try making this fudge, you will love it!

Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has been proven to help with weight loss, reduced cholesterol, lower blood sugar levels and improve symptoms of diabetes.  Use in dressings or simply mix a tablespoon with water daily and drink it down.
