Pina Colada Smoothie
serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 cup fresh spinach
- 3 cup pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup coconut milk (from the can)
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Method
Blend spinach, coconut milk, water and coconut flakes, until smooth. Next, add the pineapple and blend again.
Mango Banana Hemp Smoothie
serves 1
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup cashew, almond or rice milk
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds hearts, (whole or ground)
Method
Blend and serve.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
serves 1
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 5-6 frozen strawberries
- 1 cup cashew, almond or rice milk
- 2 tbsp hemp seed hearts (ground or whole)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (ground or whole)
