I have been making these for years, so simple, and with ingredients, you probably already have in your kitchen. Chocolate Freezer Fudge
makes 12 chocolates, 2 per serving (watch the how-to-video here)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp apple butter or date butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Method
Add melted coconut oil, almond butter, apple butter to a little mixing bowl and stir until smooth. Mix in cocoa powder and continue to stir. Pour into a silicone sheet, and place in freezer for 20 mins to harden. Enjoy. Store in freezer, if you leave on the counter they will soften.
