Chocolate Freezer Fudge

When you feel like a need a chocolate bar and nothing is going to satisfy that craving, don’t ya worry.  We’ve got you covered.  Freeze fudge, Challenge Friendly style to the rescue.  I have been making these for years, so simple, and with ingredients, you probably already have in your kitchen.  If you are not a fan of chocolate you can mix it up, add pumpkin puree, mint extract, cinnamon, the options are endless.  Let me know how yours turn out! Chocolate Freezer Fudge

makes 12 chocolates, 2 per serving (watch the how-to-video here)

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp apple butter or date butter
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Method

Add melted coconut oil, almond butter, apple butter to a little mixing bowl and stir until smooth.  Mix in cocoa powder and continue to stir.  Pour into a silicone sheet, and place in freezer for 20 mins to harden. Enjoy. Store in freezer, if you leave on the counter they will soften.
