Ingredients
- 3 leaves of Kale – (deveined) or one large handful baby spinach (optional)
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries or raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond, cashew or rice milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp hemp seed hearts (for added protein, optional)
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Drink it up!
